|Ground Source Heat Pump||
|Closed loop must have EER 16.1 or higher to qualify. Open loop must have EER 20.1 or higher to qualify.|
|Central Air Conditioner||$200||Central Air units must have a minimum EER of 12 and SEER of 14 to qualify.|
|Air Source Heat Pump||$400||Air-to-Air Heat Pump units must have a minimum EER of 12 and SEER of 14 to qualify.|
|Mini-Split Heat Pump||$500||Mini-Split Heat Pump units must have a minimum EER of 12 and SEER of 14 to qualify.|
|EV Charging Level 2||$500||Provide a copy of the vehicle's registration. Must be installed at primary residence.|
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ELIGIBILITY: This offer is valid for HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative residential members.
LIMIT: One incentive per eligible measure/unit per account.
NEW CONSTRUCTION: These measures are eligible for new construction projects.
REPLACEMENTS: Replacing existing equipment with the same measure is not eligible for incentives.
INSTALLATION: Units must be installed by a licensed contractor.
PROOF OF PURCHASE: Receipt/invoice must indicate equipment type, make, model, price, serial numbers, and date of purchase.
VERIFICATION & INSPECTION: HomeWorks Tri-County reserves the right to verify any or all applications and installations.
PAYMENT: Once completed paperwork is submitted, your application will be reviewed and processed for payment.
LIMITED FUNDS: Funds for incentives are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
PROGRAM DISCRETION: Incentives are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Incentive amounts and offerings are subject to change or termination without notice at the discretion of HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative.
